3774744 - Screen Reader Announces 'Click or focus to edit edit multi line blank' for Mentoring Localization Fields

Symptom

When creating a mentoring program using a screen reader, it announces "Click or focus to edit edit multi line blank" when navigating localization text areas in the Signup Form step:

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors with a screen reader
  2. In the global search, type Manage Mentoring Programs
  3. Select +Create New Mentoring Program
  4. Choose Supervised > Continue
  5. In the Mentoring Program Name field, enter a name
  6. Select the Signup Form step
  7. In either Questions to Mentor or Questions to Mentee, select the globe icon for localization
  8. Tab through the text boxes > Each box is announced as “Click or focus to edit edit multi line blank” without the language name.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the 1H 2027 release.
