3774758 - Not possible to use “Contains” and “Does Not Contain” operations with comma-separated values in an Approval/Autoflow

When configuring an approval/autoflow the operations "Contains" and "Does Not Contain" added in the condition has comma-separated values.
E.g. "Contain: 1,2,3" OR "Does Not Contain: 1,2,3"

Currently, comma-separated multiple values in the same target attribute fields are not supported.

1. Remove any comma-separated multiple values from the target attribute in the approval/autoflow condition.
2. For each desired value, add a separate condition row using the same source attribute.
3. Apply the same operator ("contains" or "does not contain") to each row.
4. Enter exactly one target value per row.
5. Save and test the approval/autoflow to confirm it now initiates.
