3774799 - Unloading of HU is not possible due to error "No goods receipt bin or TU can be determined for HU"

• There is an unfinished Inbound Delivery in Extended Warehouse Management system.
• An Item of this delivery is partially completed, for example: 1 EA is Putaway Completed, 1 EA is packed into a Planned Handling Unit (HU).
• Normal processing of the Planned HU would start with Unloading WT creation. The user receives an error when creating Unloading WTs via /SCWM/UNLOAD:
  • No goods receipt bin or TU can be determined for HU &1 (Message No. /SCWM/TO_WHR035)
  • Action "Set Status 'HU Loaded/Unloaded'" not completed successfully; for details, see log (Message No. /SCWM/SHP_RCV196)
• There is no Goods Movement Bin maintained for the item (can't maintained anymore because item Warehouse Activity status is Partially Completed).
• There is no Transportation Unit (TU) assigned to the delivery but delivery header Transportation Planning Type is "No Obligatory Planning".
  • When user tries to open the Goods Receipt Warehouse Task (WT) for a previously received HU from the same item, error message appears:
    • No external key was found for internal TU number(s) & (Message No. /SCWM/SHP_RCV402)
  • This indicates that the TU was archived.
• Business requirement is to complete the Putaway for the Planned HU (e.g. because it appears in ERP as In-Transit Stock)
