3774826 - Universal Allocation does not filter Receiver Basis by source (partner) object

Symptom

When running a Universal Allocation cycle in S/4HANA where the tracing factor is based on activity quantities posted to the receiver cost centers, the allocation results do not match the expected proportional split. The Receiver Basis includes ALL activity postings on the receiver cost centers, not just those originating from the specific sender (source/partner) cost center being processed, leading to incorrect cost distribution.
