3774834 - Append OILMARA/OILMARC not available in MDC Process table

Symptom

You have enabled the OIL/GAS append for table like MARA/MARC, you realize that there is no same append in relevant MARA_PRC/MARC_PRC tables which may leads to the issue that the relevant fields may be cleared by MDG Mass processing processes even the process does not touch the relevant fields.
