3774836 - MD62: can't delete PIRs due to error 6P009 - 'No requirements exist for material'.

Symptom

In t-code MD04, it is observed some old PIRs are still visible. However when trying to delete in t-code MD62,
the error message 6P009 - 'No requirements were found which correspond to the selection criteria' displays.
