3774852 - "Additional Correction" Operation Missing When Starting New Phase in Run Statutory Reports APP

When initiating a new phase by selecting Start New Phase, the system immediately creates a Corrective Return without offering a choice.

No error message is displayed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Fiori app: Run Statutory Reports.
2. Search and select the desired reporting task.
3. Select Start New Phase.
4. Observe that the system directly creates a Correction phase and does not offer the Additional Correction option.

System code issue.

This issue is fixed in hotfix. 

• Hotfix ID: 1000039446
• Available in releases 2602 HFC 14 and 2608 HFC 02.

After the hotfix is deployed to your tenant, retry: in Run Statutory Reports, select the closed declaration period, choose Start New Phase, and verify that both Correction and Additional Correction options are presented.

If the issue persists after your system is on 2602 HFC 14 or 2608 HFC 02, create a support case and include that the system is already on the specified HFC but the selection dialog is still missing.
