3774862 - Timezone Changed to UTC After Migration in GCP-Hosted in Agent Lifecycle Management

Symptom

  • After migration, the ALM environment displays the system timezone as UTC instead of the previously used local timezone (for example, PST).
  • Scheduled jobs execute according to UTC, causing them to run at times that do not align with the expected local schedule.
  • The behavior is observed across both non-production and production GCP-hosted ALM environments.
