3774934 - PC00_M13_CALC_SIMU shows "This is a live client. No check performed against control record. Payroll canceled." during payroll simulation

• Running a payroll simulation in transaction PC00_M13_CALC_SIMU returns the error: "This is a live client. No check performed against control record. Payroll canceled."
• This happens when either of the below condition is meet:
  • The payroll simulation is done via another report (e.g. Termination Organizer or a report using HR_CALC_SIMULATION).
  • Or Payroll Control Center (PCC) is used.
  • Or SAP ECC 6.08 or lower together with payroll for concurrent employment (CE) is used.
  • SAP Note 3703864 is installed; or the system HRSP level is 608F8 or above.
• The issue is observed in the production environment; test and development environments are not affected.
