3774961 - CAP Application Deployment Fails with "No SAP Cloud Logging Credentials Found" When Using User-Provided Service (UPS)

Symptom

A CAP Node.js application deployed on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry fails to start when @cap-js/telemetry is enabled with traces and metrics packages.

The application logs show the following error:
if (!credentials) throw new Error('No SAP Cloud Logging credentials found')

The deployment succeeds when telemetry-related packages are removed from package.json. The SAP BTP Cloud Logging Service (CLS) is bound to the application via a User-Provided Service (UPS).
