3774976 - Unable to modify the default RFP event invitation text in Strategic Sourcing Event Notifications

Symptom

I'm unable to modify the default RFP event invitation text via the following path:

Administration > Event Manager > Messaging Templates > All Project Types > Invitation for participants who have not used Ariba before

I am unable to customize the default invitation text for participants who have not used Ariba before.
