3775001 - Character limit for text fields in CX

The business rule fails to trigger when the character limit for text fields in CX is set to more than 100.

Currently, text fields in CX do not support character limits greater than 100.

The engineering team has confirmed that no enhancement is planned to increase this limit; the text field limitation in CX remains at 100 characters.
