3775013 - "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" error occurs while executing CPI iflow

Symptom

  • The following error message appears in the message processing logs when executing an iFlow:

    org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not receive Message., cause: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

  • The iFlow is sending data to SAP ECC system via the SAP Cloud Connector (SCC).
  • In the SCC configuration settings, under the "Advanced" tab, the "Application Tunnel Connections" parameter is set to 1.
