3775071 - Flexible Workflow Agent Determination Without HR Activation or HR Minimaster

When configuring agent determination for Flexible Workflow on purchasing documents in SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, and your system does not use HR integration or the HR Minimaster. In this situation, approval agents for Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, or Outline Agreement workflows cannot be resolved through standard HR-based configuration.
