3775175 - How to change cTMS subscription from SAP Cloud ALM account to SAP BTP global account

Symptom

When SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) was introduced, the CALM account had SAP Cloud Transport Management (cTMS) by default. The CALM and cTMS setup and subscription was different, see "Legacy Procedure for Subscription with SAP Cloud Transport Management in SAP Cloud ALM Subaccount." at the CALM SAP Help Portal page https://help.sap.com/docs/cloud-alm/setup-administration/cloud-transport-management-service

The currently supported procedure is also detailed in the same page. The question therefore: if you already have the old setup and it isn't working anymore (due to the change in CALM service in the backend), how can your existing subscription moved to a SAP BTP global account?
