3775199 - DocuSign Envelopes Are Not Sent to Onboardee During Onboarding - Onboarding

• Envelopes fail to be created by SuccessFactors during the Onboarding process.
• In Manage DocuSign Envelopes, no Envelope ID is generated for the affected onboardee.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Move an onboardee to the e-signature step in Onboarding so the system prepares documents for signature.
2. Observe that no email notification is received by the onboardee and no Envelope ID appears in "Manage DocuSign Envelopes".

OpenText returned an error and provided no document content during retrieval (for example, a corrupted file), so the application could not create the DocuSign envelope.

1. Contact your OpenText administrator to investigate why documents are not being retrieved successfully. If needed, re-upload the documents in OpenText.
2. Restart the Onboarding process for the affected onboardees so that the e-signature step is re-initiated and envelopes can be created.
