3775217 - Add Candidate button is visible but user cannot Add a Candidate to a Job - SmartRecruiters

A user can see or access the Add Candidate option from the People tab, but cannot successfully add a candidate to a specific job.

When attempting to add a candidate, the user may be able to enter candidate details, but the Job to apply field is unavailable, greyed out, or the relevant job cannot be selected.
