3775284 - SSCUI Address Maintenance and Where Addresses are Used in Applications and Screens

• For SSCUI 100066 (Account Determination Values), 106040 (Create Company), and 102125 (Define Shipping Point), 102255 (Assign Company Codes to Credit Segments) it is not clear in which Applications or screens the configured addresses are displayed (Application names and IDs).
• It is also not clear where to change the City field from address via a change project.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Manage Your Solution.
2. Choose Configure Your Solution and search for “100066”.
3. Expand Organization.
4. Under step “Organizational Structure (100066)”, choose Actions - Configure.
5. Under Activities, select Company Code.
6. Select Configure and continue.
7. Select a company code, choose Details, and observe that the City field is not editable in this context.

• SSCUI scope changes: SSCUI 100529 has been replaced by SSCUI 106040 (Create Company).
• Company code address fields (including City) are edited in SSCUI 105651, not directly in SSCUI 100066.

• To edit Company Code address fields (including City), use SSCUI 105651 “Edit Addresses for Company Codes” in Manage Your Solution. Start a new change project if required. To create Companies, use SSCUI 106040 “Create Company”.
• Understand downstream usage of organizational addresses (Company Code, plant, sales org, purchasing org, shipping point): they are reused across applications such as Finance (invoices, statements, reporting), Sales (orders, deliveries, billing), Procurement (purchase orders, goods receipts), Inventory/Logistics (Logistics documents), Output/Forms, Org Management apps, Partner Determination scenarios, Logistics execution (delivery documents), Tax jurisdiction, and Analytics. Changes are not retroactive; existing documents keep prior addresses.
• For SSCUI 102255 (Assign Company Codes to Credit Segments), the address is informational only, not displayed in standard apps, and not used by business logic.
• For SSCUI 102125 (Define Shipping Point), the maintained address is used in delivery documents and printed delivery forms via logistics execution and output management.
