3775287 - I do not receive a status message after clicking the Real-Time Budget Check button

Symptom

When I click the Check button for a Real-Time Budget Check (RTBC) on a Purchase Requisition in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing (B&I), I do not receive a success or failure message. The button appears to do nothing, and the budget status is not returned to the user interface.
