Symptom
The Employee Responsible ID is not visible in the user list while assigning the Warehouse Task, even though the Business User is Active.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Outbound Logistics work center.
- Go to Task Control view.
- Select for the Warehouse Task: ABC with status Not Started. (ABC represents Warehouse Task ID).
- Choose Assign Responsible.
- Search for Responsible ID: 123. (123 represents Employee Responsible ID)
- There are no records found.
Cause
- The Business User is Active, but the corresponding Employee's termination date is in the past in Personnel Administration work center.
- As a result, the Employee's Business User ID is not visible in the Assign Responsible user list.
Resolution
Extend the termination date into the future date for the Employee in Personnel Administration work center.
Steps:
- Go to Personnel Administration work center.
- Go to Employees view.
- Select All Employees from the dropdown.
- Search for the Employee: 123. (123 represents Employee Responsible ID)
- Choose Edit.
- Go to Employment tab and open Work Agreement sub-tab.
- Choose Change Termination Date.
- Enter a suitable future termination date.
- Choose Save.
The Employee's Business User ID can now be assigned to the Warehouse Task as Responsible.
