3775430 - How to Access the API Metrics Dashboard in SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Symptom

  • The API Metrics dashboard is not available in the tenant.

  • You require details on how to enable the API Metrics dashboard.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud Version 2
  • SAP Service Cloud Version 2
  • SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Cause

The API Metrics feature is not available by default. The API Metrics feature is enabled by submitting a request. 

Resolution

To enable the API Metrics dashboard, Raise a SAP support ticket for the CEC-CRM-CO-OPS component. Once the request is processed, the API Metrics dashboard will be enabled for the tenant.
