Symptom
- A custom ABAP program creates multiple files using OPEN DATASET, TRANSFER, and CLOSE DATASET.
- Target directory is on an NFS-mounted filesystem shared by multiple application servers.
- Intermittently, some files are randomly missing after program execution; no fixed pattern.
- CLOSE DATASET executes without visible error or exception; the program continues normally.
- No ABAP dump is generated.
- No specific error message or error code is reported.
