  • Job Information not loading on Android Mobile application.
  • Unable to access Job Information through Android Mobile application.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to SuccessFcators on Android application..
  2. Click on View Full Profile.
  3. Click on Employment Information.
  4. Unable to access Job Information.
  5. The Page shows that “There is nothing to show data”

Cause

Defect.

Resolution

This defect has been identified by Engineering and a code correction has been created.

There is something wrong with the error handling code of internalJobJourney feature, and the fix will be released on July 21, 2026.
