3775585 - Page Content Admin access is reverted automatically by system.

Symptom

After granting a user Page Content Admin access, the system automatically reverts this access and sets the User Type back to User. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone. 

SAP Build Work Zone. 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Work Zone. 
  2. Go to Administration Console > Users > Internal Users > Search for an internal user > Action > Make Page Content Admin & Save. 
  3. System generates message "Your changes were successfully saved".
  4. Refresh the page. 
  5. User Type is "User" despite having successfully saved the user as a Page Content Admin. 

Cause

Work Zone engineering have investigated and have confirmed that this is a known issue. 

Resolution

This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on August 6th.
