3775601 - Survey fails to open via Custom quick link in mobile app with error "This link is not available via a mobile device" in SuccessFactors learning

When accessing Learning via a custom Quick Link in the mobile app and opening an assigned survey, the app shows the error: "This link is not available via a mobile device". While the same survey opens successfully when navigating via the standard Learning entry point in the mobile app.
