3775660 - Microsoft Teams Quick Action Request Time Off showing incorrect dates of absence requested

Symptom

  • When a user requests time off in SuccessFactors, the request and workflow are correct in SuccessFactors, but Microsoft Teams shows an incorrect start date.
  • No error messages are shown.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Submit a time off request in SuccessFactors.
  2. Open the SuccessFactors app in Microsoft Teams and locate the corresponding time off/approval card
  3. Observe that the start date displayed in Microsoft Teams is incorrect

Cause

Resolution

A fix is planned on July 30th to make the fields display consistently across Microsoft Teams and the SuccessFactors web browser.
