3775662 - Fields "URL Host" and "Path Prefix" are not appearing in the "Setting up the interface screen" program in SAP ERP

Symptom

I'm using Managed Gateway for Spend&Network (ISMG) and I would like to configure my middleware when setting up the interface in SAP ERP, but the fields URL Host and Path Prefix are not appearing in the program.
