3775689 - Tax situation for CBS/IBS message disappears after tax law change in J1B2N

Symptom

In transaction J1B2N, after modifying the tax law, the linked message from the CBS/IBS tax situation is removed from the message tab at both header and item level.

The behavior occurs when changing the ICMS tax law, IPI tax law, or any other tax law.

However, when the message is entered manually in the message tab, it is maintained independently of any tax law change.
