3775710 - SmartRecruiters option is not available when accessing SAP SuccessFactors through Proxy Access - SmartRecruiters

Symptom

When an administrator or another user accesses SAP SuccessFactors using Proxy Access and attempts to use the SmartRecruiters option, one or more of the following behaviors may occur:

  • The SmartRecruiters option is not displayed.
  • The SmartRecruiters option is displayed but does not work as expected.
  • The user is redirected incorrectly or experiences an unexpected behavior.

The issue is observed only when using Proxy Access. When the user accesses SAP SuccessFactors directly with their own account, the SmartRecruiters option is expected to be available and usable, provided the user has the required permissions and configuration.
