3775713 - Transaction load on XDL loads only partial records to stage and remaining valid records skipped - SAP incentive management

• During XDL ingestion of transactions (TXSTA and such), only a partial chunk of the file is written to stage tables while several valid records are skipped.
• Expected behavior is that all valid records are pushed to stage and only erroneous records are excluded.
• Record counts do not align - total read records do not equal success + failure counts.
• Error message observed: "ERROR: Record failed to import in CS_STAGESALESTRANSACTION table. [301]: unique constraint violated"
