3775733 - WZRC splits documents by tax destination country

When working with rebates, the system performs a split for settlement. At the item level, the split is done based on the tax destination country.

However, when running the collection process, the system splits the settlement document again according to the tax destination country.

As a result, the tax destination country from the item (parked settlement document) is transferred to the header of the collection document.  But you want to generate only one collection document.
