3775774 - Approver comments not visible in supplier registration form when approving different tasks

• Approver comments added in the supplier registration workflow are not visible/captured in the form during approval.
• Approvers of a different task in the same project cannot see comments entered on another task while approving their own task.
• No error message is displayed.
