3775797 - Employee private address replicated from Success Factors not used as Primary Address

• The address maintained in SAP SuccessFactors is successfully replicated to the target system but is not used as the primary employee address.
• The system uses the company-level address instead of the employee’s private address.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Maintain a private/home address for an employee in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Replicate the worker to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition via SAP Master Data Integration.
3. Open the worker overview or workforce person data in the target system and review the address section.
4. Observe that the company-level address is used as the primary address while the replicated private address is not persisted as the primary.

Private address is passed at the workforce person level with an address usage code other than “home”, which resulted in the system deriving the address from the SSUI "105651 - Edit Address For Company Codes".

1. In the private address node sent from SAP SuccessFactors via SAP Master Data Integration, set the address usage code to “home” for the employee’s home address at the workforce person level.
2. Re-replicate the worker from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
3. Verify in the workforce person/worker overview that the private “home” address is persisted and used instead of the company address.
