Symptom

Unknown numeric values are displaying in Custom MDF PPX Summary Cards. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SuccessFactors. 
  2. Navigate to the Latest People.
  3. Go to the summary card for a custom MDF object. 
  4. Notice that there are numeric values displaying instead of the correct labels/values. 
  5. Click "View All". 
  6. See the labels/fields are displaying as normal. 

Cause

Field visibility issue whereby configuration was not being applied consistently between the summary card and View All mode. 

Resolution

This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
