3775813 - Why don't I see Extended Price and Total Cost OOTB terms in the Preprocess payload for a ContractRequest that is sent to the External System?

Symptom

  • When I check the payload, I can see that the terms Extended Price and Total Cost are not available in the preprocess transaction in the SAP Ariba-BN-CIG workflow.
  • The terms calculated values are correctly populated in the Contract Workspace but are not included in the Preprocess Payload generated by CIG.
  • No error messages are shown the terms are simply not seen in the Payload.
