Symptom
- When processing an incoming lockbox file (BAI or BAI2 format) using program RFEBLB00, the system does not correctly handle bank account numbers that are longer than 10 characters.
- The program may truncate the account number, leading to failures in clearing customer accounts as the system cannot match the partial number.
- The business requirement is to process payments from customers whose bank account numbers exceed the standard 10-digit limit.
