3775852 - Country shows under Candidate Status when using Download Documents feature - Recruiting Management

There is an unrelated country value showing under Candidate Status in the downloaded PDF when using Download Documents feature in the latest applicant workbench.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Open any job requisition with applicants
3. Select one application and click Download Documents
4. Select Application Information to download
5. Open and check the downloaded PDF. The status under Applicant Summary section is correct. But Candidate Status under Application Information section is showing a country value.

It is a known issue.

Permanent fix:

• This issue will be corrected in the 2H 2026 (b2611) Release.
• Release dates can be found on SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information

Workaround:

Please refer to the status under Applicant Summary section, it is correct.
