3775857 - Matrix Reports not visible in the SuccessFactors App for Microsoft Teams

• At SuccessFactors Teams, only Direct Reports are displayed as expected, Matrix Reports is not visible.
• Matrix Reports are visible when accessing SuccessFactors via browser (EC UI).
• Required permissions are already granted.
• The issue affects all users and occurs only within Microsoft Teams integration.
• No error messages are displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Sign in to the SuccessFactors app for Microsoft Teams with a user who has access to Matrix Reports.
2. Navigate to the area where Matrix Reports would normally appear.
3. Observe that Matrix Reports are not displayed in Microsoft Teams.
4. Access SuccessFactors via a web browser (EC UI) with the same user and confirm Matrix Reports are visible there.

This is a known design limitation: the SuccessFactors Microsoft Teams integration does not support Matrix Reports.

Note that Matrix Reports are currently not supported in the SuccessFactors app for Microsoft Teams (by design). To access/view Matrix Report data, use the available method, via web browser (EC UI).

Engineering is evaluating whether this feature can be supported in a future release; follow product updates for changes. If this functionality is important for your organization, you can submit an enhancement request to support this idea as described in the referenced KBA 2090228
