3775893 - Freight Conditions not Transmitted to Ariba via OrderRequest_Out in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Freight maintained as a pricing condition in a purchase order in the erp is not visible in ariba supplier network after outbound integration.
• The ORDERREQUEST_OUT payload does not contain freight or other pricing condition details; only the price is present.
• No error messages are displayed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a purchase order in the S/4 and add a freight pricing condition in the item pricing.
2. Send the purchase order to ariba supplier network using the ORDERREQUEST_OUT interface.
3. Review the outbound payload and the ariba supplier network view: only the price is transferred; freight and other condition details are missing.

By design, the ORDERREQUEST_OUT api sends only the price and does not transmit pricing condition details (such as freight).

When using the OrderRequest_Out API, only the item price is transmitted. The API is not designed to transmit conditional details, meaning freight values and other pricing condition details will not flow from the S/4 to Ariba.
