3775900 - Allowed Sender/Receiver Domains configurations are ignored for outbound emails

The "OM: Allowed Sender Domains" or "OM: Allowed Receiver Domains" is configured in:

transaction SBCS_MAIL_OUT -> Sender Domain or Receiver Domain
or
transaction SPRO -> IMG -> ABAP Platform -> Application Server -> System Administration -> Email Configuration -> Define Allowed Email Receiver Domains For Email Outbound or Define Allowed Email Sender Domains For Email Outbound

However, the emails are still be sent successfully even the Sender or Receiver is not allowed.
