SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Deactivating the “Hired on Other Requisition” status and the automatic disposition option prevents purge rules from processing applications in that status.

1. Keep the “Hired on Other Requisition” status active and enable “Automatically disposition non-selected in-progress applicants on closed requisitions to status ‘Hired On Other Requisition’” to ensure applicants are moved and purged per configured retention criteria.
2. If already deactivated, re-enable the status and the automatic disposition option; purge will resume for applications in “Hired on Other Requisition” according to the existing retention rules.
3. Be aware that when these options are disabled:

• Existing applications already in “Hired on Other Requisition” will not be purged.
• Candidates hired on one requisition will no longer be automatically moved out of other in-progress requisitions.
