3775954 - Error page when opening performance management form from email link while not logged in

Symptom

When accessing form via the link in the email sent at the creation of the performance form, an error screen appears. The issue happens specifically when user is not logged in.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Distribute a performance management form and notification email is sent to the end user.
  2. Ensure the user is not logged in to the application.
  3. Click the form link contained in the notification email.
  4. Authenticate (if prompted) and observe that an error page is shown instead of the expected form.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
