  • An error occurs while creating a systeminfo.xml file for a Java system using SUM.
  • Error message: "SUM did not find any active products in your SAP system. Possible reason might be that key software components, used for detecting SAP products, were undeployed from the system."
  • Occurs during the Detect Source Products step in SUM.
