• Purchase requisition items are no longer displayed in the Monitor Purchase Requisition Items app after the corresponding purchase orders are created.
• The purchase requisition items do not remain visible with the Requisition Processing Status "PO Created (B)".
• The same purchase requisition items are visible in the Monitor Purchase Order Items app and are correctly linked to their purchase orders.
• This behavior prevents users from monitoring purchase requisition items in the Monitor Purchase Requisition Items app after purchase order creation.
• No error message is displayed

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create purchase requisition items (for example, by using a mass upload).
2. Create purchase orders that fully consume the requested quantities of the purchase requisition items.
3. Open the Monitor Purchase Requisition Items app and search for the purchase requisition items.
4. Observe that the purchase requisition items are not displayed.
5. Open the Monitor Purchase Order Items app and verify that the purchase orders are displayed and linked to the corresponding purchase requisition items.

This behavior is as per standard design: the Monitor Purchase Requisition Items application displays only operationally relevant (open) requisition items. When a requisition item is fully consumed by a follow-on purchase order, it is treated as completed and excluded from this app.

1. Verify whether the requisition item’s requested quantity has been fully consumed by a follow-on purchase order.
2. If fully consumed, note this is expected: completed items are excluded from the Monitor Purchase Requisition Items application by design.
3. Use the Monitor Purchase Order Items application to track requisitions after purchase order creation.
4. If a purchase order item is later marked for deletion and the consumption is reversed (order quantity becomes less than requested), the requisition item will reappear as open in the Monitor Purchase Requisition Items application.
