Symptom

Integration flows with HTTP protocol-based sender adapter (SOAP, HTTP, OData, AS2) in SAP Integration Suite Cloud Integration are seen to always process the message from the same worker instance. This at times causes a load surge and crashes at the worker instance causing temporary and short-lived intermittent outages.
