3776287 - New Learning History not loading for users

Error to access user's Learning History. It impacts all the users.

Error: Unable to load your completed activities.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning as a user
2. From the top right dropdown, access "Learning History"
3. Once the page loads, the error is thrown:
   • Unable to load your completed activities

Internal configuration issue.
