3776321 - Error AR102 or AR103 in BP as the CNPJ Tax number does not accept special characters

Symptom

An error occurs when adding an alphanumeric CNPJ in Tax number in BP Transaction.
Error message: AR102 (Tax Code 1 ***** must have length 14)
Error message: AR103 (Tax Code 1 is longer than 16 characters).
The issue is related to the Brazil Tax reform and the new alphanumeric CNPJ format.
