3776340 - Enhanced People Search hides 'Title' and 'Department' in Ask for Feedback and 360 Executive Review Filters after 1H 2026 Release

Post 1H 2026, user’s Title and Department do not show when searching a user in Ask for Feedback and 360 Executive Review filters.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Log in to the instance.
2. Go to 360 Executive Review.
3. In Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings, enable “Enable Enhanced People Search.”
4. In 360 Executive Review, use the Username filter to search for a user.
5. Observe that the user’s Title and Department do not appear in the search results.
6. Return to Company System and Logo Settings.
7. Disable “Enable Enhanced People Search.”
8. Return to 360 Executive Review.
9. Search for the same user again in the Username filter.
10. Observe that the user’s Title and Department are now displayed.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 2605p13. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base.

Workaround

In Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings, disable “Enable Enhanced People Search” to restore display of Title and Department in search results.
