3776345 - Why do I see "This item has multiple information messages" instead of each individual validation policy message on Guided Buying requisition?

Symptom

I have multiple validation policies configured for guided buying. When I checkout a purchase requisition, the UI only shows the message "This item has multiple information messages", instead of displaying each validation policy message.
