3776374 - Blank Rating shows in Rating from Others for competency when Rating on Behavior is enabled but Calculated Competency Rating is disabled

Symptom

Blank Rating in Rating from Others for competency when calculated competency rating is removed when rating on behavior is enabled.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a performance form configured to rate at behavior level only.
  2. Ensure the calculated competency rating is disabled in the competency section and/or its field permissions are set to none.

  3. As a manager, open the Ratings from Others tab and observe a blank rating at the competency level.
  4. Repeat in both Latest and Legacy Form Experience and notice that the behavior persists.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release (b2611).
